Mr. Eric Loh – Eric is currently the Vice President of G Element Pte Ltd and also an Exco-Member of Smart Cities Network.
He has vast experiences in ICT, Security, Building Technologies, IoT and has been implementing real smart cities, data centers, campus, airports, hospitals and buildings projects using Digital Twin technology.
Past working experiences include the business owner in startup SME, Sales director in public listed company and also Department head in the government-linked company.
He also contributed in a mentorship program to tertiary institutions, industrial supervisor to university students and technology adviser to technology consultancy companies
He started his career as a system communication engineer in an MNC more than 20 years ago and holds a bachelor degree in Engineering (major in the communication) in Nanyang Technology University

Mr. Arvind Sethumadhavan: Innovation Consultant helping organizations leverage Digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence for solving challenges. Arvind is a member of the Smart Cities Network leading the AI vertical. He is currently an Advisor to Rehub.tech, Ex. Chief Innovation Officer, Dentsu, Global Expert Panel Member MIT Technology Review. He has contributed his expertise via thought leadership in events such as Smart Nation Summit, AI Summit, WEF China meetings.
Mr. Wayne Dennis
Ms. Goh Seok Mei: Seok Mei is a serial entrepreneur in the technology realm, currently heading Graffiquo Group of companies. She graduated with Bachelor of Economics major in both Econometrics and Information Systems. She started her first company in 2001 and has led several companies from scratch evolving them tenfold both in terms of revenue and headcount. Within the last year, Graffiquo was awarded IMDA CFIS grant, showcased in Smart City World Expo Congress in Barcelona as part of Smart Nation and is now a business partner to OiER / United Nations Centre of Excellence in United for Smart and Sustainable Cities (U4SSC) programme. Her strength is in using her big picture and futurist eye as a tool to leverage today’s technology into tomorrow’s needs. She balances her business and personal life through her passion for traveling, baking and social responsibility.
Mr. Joachim Jake Layes: Joachim ‘Jake’ Layes is Founder and CEO of JLayes Consulting Ltd, an Asia-based management consulting firm for business transformation through a focus on sustainability, innovation, and strategy. Jake has 20+ years in design, marketing, and business development, as well as close to 10 years in corporate sustainability, work with large multinational companies and is an advisor and mentor to entrepreneurs, start-ups, and social businesses. Jake is a member of the Smart Cities Network leading the Sustainability workgroup.

Mr. Png Bee Hin: Png Bee Hin is the Founder and CEO of LDR Pte Ltd. He has been involved in learning transformation works for the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Defence for more than 10 years. He has also built an experiential travel app (Locomole) and tech platform (Pocket-Trip) that won the Asia Pacific ICT Award (APICTA) 2018 competition. Bee Hin leads the Smart Tourism vertical of the Smart Cities Network and is helping members of the ASEAN Smart Cities Network to achieve similar transformational works in their education and tourism space.

Ms. Donna Lee: Donna has over 27 years of experience in business advisory, franchise/license advisory, franchise management, internationalization, and entrepreneurship. She has developed and managed operations across multiple countries and territories in the Asia Pacific and the USA. Currently the Founder and Director of StrongSME (KG World Pte Ltd), a boutique advisory firm with associate partners around the world – such as Malaysia, Cambodia, Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Australia, USA. StrongSME and its associate partners represent over 100 brands globally.
Donna sits on various boards and advisory/executive committees. Donna is an active speaker in international business conferences focusing on Asia markets, active mentor and judges in the various franchise and business awards. She is also known as the “franchise queen”, one of the ASEAN Pioneer Mentor (ASEAN Mentorship for Entrepreneur Network –AMEN). Former President of Franchise Association, Singapore, former board of governor in Spirit of Enterprise.
