This is one of the projects that Smart Cities Education deems for Phase 1 of its inauguration to better understand complex theories and operational processes via the use of text, podcasts, video and even through animations. This is imperative to allow the younger generations to understand, for example, what are polders and dikes as mentioned in the source above.

When I first read the article, I was flabbergasted and the enigmatic discussion was incomprehensible to me. I have had to re-read it before having a little better understanding of how we can contain the rise in the water level of the sea due to climate changes.
